Hi guys! I've been a avid user and player of CoD WAW for a few years now. I regularly if not always play on OuT*Tact Tactical Crouch server and regularly play with OTaC Zombie........ & and OTmC Legi_instra. I asked how I could join they said via here and I would be voted for and hopefully accepted I mentioned to them I don't have a mic for TS and they said it isn't crucial that I do. I hope my dedication to your server and the time spent will warrant me a place in your group/clan. Please could you inform how the process works if and when I am and accepted can I tag myself as a OTmC member? Thanks very much, look forward to hearing from you. Kindest regards Jordan |

Great to see you Jordan. I will try to explain the process as completely as I can. Applicants are expected to join TeamSpeak with us whenever they join our server. A microphone is critical. The reason for this is to increase communication. It is important for the members to get to know you. However, it is even MORE important for you to get to know us. This is a two-way street. You need to know what we are all about, how we interact with our guests and each other. It is not just important that we see you as a good fit. We know what we are looking for in a member. It is also important that you find us acceptable as a clan. Are we too strict? Are we too lax? Do you enjoy our TS chat? It is important that you find us to be good fit as well. To aid in this discovery, we like to see a new member come into TS for the better part of a month. At the beginning of the month (every 1st Saturday) we have our team meeting. We bring up our list of applicants and discuss our interactions. If our members feel more time is needed to become familiar, we send a reply to indicate this in your application. If we vote you into the clan we send our invitation as a reply to your application. I hope I have been able to explain our process as clearly as possible. We are not a secret society and try to keep our processes as transparent as possible. Please ask any questions and I will try to answer them. ------------------ Something Really Witty!!! |

Hey guys! Thanks so much for the run down. So TS, is that just during games/maps that we play on? Where do we chat and is it a relaxed affair? I will be sure to get a mic sorted in the near future as to fulfill this critical requirement. Tell me, does the above initial message from me warrant an application to the clan? No doubt there will be more question in the near future, but a little more about me. I was heavily enthusiastic about the WW's when younger although my main focus was on aviation. I loved aircraft recognition and love to fly kites, RC planes and have even begun my Private Pilots License. I also used to head out on my night exercises with mates geared up and camping under the stars enjoying the thrill of the outdoors and military type exercises and games while doing so hahahaha As we've grown there has been a lot less such nights out but am an avid outdoor enthusiast traveling around (Europe, S America, Caribbean, Scotland) walking, climbing and camping for weeks on end. I must say I thoroughly enjoy playing your server, the tactical element creates order and function as it would have be in really life, rather than headless chickens going mental!.....even if there are occasions of running due to frustration... Sorry sorry sorry  Anyway guys, I leave you with that and look forward to hearing from you and seeing you on the server. Cheers guys  |

You HAVE applied Leach. It is just a matter of coming into TS whenever you play. You don't have to have a mic to come in and listen. It is just that communication will be minimal. Still you will get a sense of whether or not you enjoy this clan just by listening. The other half, our admins getting to know you, won't begin until you get a mic. And, yeah, when I was younger, I went hiking/camping hurricane ridge (Olympic Mts, WA, USA) wearing a german army uniform with helmet, just to see what it is like in the rain and elements. Download Teamspeak 3 Client for win , Mac or what ever then add a Name Enter the ts ip were you can see under server Status and connect , is there more you have to do idk , long time ago i config ts. |

Cpt.M.Leach At this month's meeting we were not able to bring you in as a member. The main concern was many admins were not familiar with, or had not seen you in TeamSpeak for a while. I know you do not have a microphone. When ever you acquire a microphone and play, please be sure to join TS3. If you have any questions please ask a clan member.
