I was kicked from a game tonight accused of spawn killing. I do not intentionally spawn camp which I believe is the reason for kicking spawn killers,and righty so as nobody likes being spawn killed. But it does happen on small maps with lots of players. I am sure you have watched me on several occasions whilst playing on your server. And generally have not had any complaints. I have recorded the map but can only play a minute of it. After watching it all, I fail to see where I have been spawn camping and deserving of being kicked? http://plays.tv/s/KkVZVBC5g2BR |

Do you remember who kicked you? It usually reports it in your kick message. We can then get a better understanding of the reason for the kick. You should not be kicked for spawn killing. That stuff happens. If you were spawn camping an admin will watch and if he/she sees you kill 1 or 2 people as they appear, they may kick you without warning. It is unreasonable to expect an admin to warn a spawn camper, and then follow them around to see if/when they do it again. I tell you this just so you have an understanding of our adminning policies. I do not recall ever having any problems with your game play. Circumstances may have just aligned in such a way. ------------------ Something Really Witty!!! He is one of our more recently appointed admins. As you know, it takes time to juggle new tasks until everything fits into place, and all runs smoothly. I talked with him about this. Curlie is a very well-intentioned admin, doing what most players do not want to spend their time doing. I thank you for respectfully helping us keep a pleasant server. All admins hope we can provide a fair and friendly atmosphere for everyone. Thank you for your reply MrMackeyMkay I play on your sever a lot because it is run well. A crouch server is impossible without admins. I know from previous experience of being an admin that it can be a thankless job. You have a lot more patience than I did. I know that spawn killing is a difficult area to admin as it happens on these smaller maps and you can not help it sometimes. |

thank you willpoop for your understanding of admins conditions and cooperating with us. We will try to do best and fair admining from our side and try not to do injustice to any players. |
