hi guys can someone help me pls....i reinstall windows7 and install the game but when i try to play it show that directx occured a problem try to reinstall from the game dvd the same;doesnt work on my computer is already directx 11 please help me....i wanna play

check all your updates vid card driver and try reinstalling the game ------------------   |

Reinstall the game 3 times and nothing...have a new motherboard with directx 11 |

It would be helpful if the can post the EXACT wording of the error message (or screenshot of error). The game is old and expects and older directx and that may be your problem. Things to check..... 1. I would try updating BOTH you video card driver, and your AUDIO driver. 2. Try to download and install directx again, from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download /details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=35 3. If you are are using antivirus, if it is AVG Free or Avast Free, uninstall that garbage! 4. If you are using any app that uses an OVERLAY get rid of the overlay.... a. steam overlay, or steam friends overlay b. Overwolf in TS - get rid of it. c. Fraps 5. Try Basic theme not Aero theme for desktop. 6. one make sure u installed all windows updates except for windows 10 stuff than down load and install this program. http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_unin staller_free_download.html this will make sure the game is completely uninstalled than reinstall game and patches for it. ------------------ |
