Since I repeatedly get accused of wallhacks and other stuff, and my recent restrictions. I am going to be recording my gameplay at all times when on here incase somebody wants to say something like "i attempted to use a restricted gun" or "I wall spammed" to try and cause me problems. I can cover my ass in this scenario. So this thread is pretty much just a place I can catalog all my matches on your server by date/time etc. I feel this is the best way to maintain my case, since people like to say they think I am cheating yet they never seem to be willing to go and get evidence to either prove or disprove except on one occasion. With that said, I present below by date. this isnt to troll in any way or form. It is just in case I get accused of breaking any of my restrictions. Nobody said they jave to be watched im jist recording my matches and putting them here. No rules have been broken what so ever to warrant any kind of ban. This is just a neatly cataloged archive of games I play in the off chance I get accused again. -------------------------- This thread is 100% harmless, no rules broken in any way that are listed anywhere. This thread is not made in spam, it is not a frivelous report nor is it even in the report section. It is just a thread I am borrowing to catalog matches. this way in the future if somebody comes up to one of you guys and says that I cheated, you can easily find this thread and look under the date/time of accusation and see for your selves. I'll be speaking to Honda about this as you are showing a clear bias towards me, yet you deny it. Banning me for no good reason again. You go out of your way to ruin my time on the server. I played by your rules implemented to me in the other post. And you ban me for it. Laughable at most. As said, i'll be speaking to Honda about this. |

Further more, please quote exactly what rules I have broken to warrant any kind of ban beyond the odd bit of confusion regarding some of them such as the usage of a pistol outside but not firing it at anybody. Since the day I started on this forum to report Apu for what I thought was a wallhack, you have gone out of your way to look for reasons to ban me, have even falsely banned me on wallhacking charges with an insulting ban message to boot at the time, and go straight to a permanent ban for no reason other than posting gameplay on a thread of my own creation. Please quote what rules I have broken in any way or form and where those rules are able to be found. Because as it stands, you seem to be the only member of staff that has a problem with me. I have spoken with Zombie on the TS and even he tells me that all the staff have at some point specced me and found nothing wrong with what I do except you that is. It is because of this that I am requesting to honda that you and me not deal with eachother as you seem to have a very strong bias and dislike to me simply because of some demos posted on here to cover my ass incase of future incidents where my gameplay gets called into question. To be clear the original video for which you were banned is solid enough evidence of wall hacking. We lifted the ban to give you the benefit of the doubt, but clearly it did NOT DISPROVE that you were wall hacking. We were just waiting for the next hack video to confirm it a bit more. Since that time, you are trolling other players (posting hacking videos where they were not, some were, but some not) and that lack of judgement has caused busy work for us. Then you wanted to complain about be called a hacker as if our lifting of the ban was proof of your innocence. When the reality is it simply removed the prior benefit of the doubt. So we decided to impose a weapon restriction, rather than just ban you outright. Rather than embracing that, you just continued to troll. Do you not understand that you are a time sink for our server and admin? So This post is the last straw. There shall be no more free time spent by me or anyone else dealing with soap opera that is InigoMontoya/whistleblower. You just don't know when to quit. Feel free to talk to Honda, and know that that is your only venue for communication at this point. No more forum posts, or steps will be taken to stop that too. Really, reporting players because I thought they were hacking is viewed as trolling? You give me a weapon restriction I follow it, in fact the above videos prove that I followed your restrictions. No LMGs, No STG, No Wallspamming. I did embrace the restrictions you gave me and played by them. Im sorry if you felt that me reporting people I thought were hacking was a waste of time, don't worry this here is my last post on this thread as i sent a PM to Honda not too long ago. |

Whistleblower I am sorry the relationship has deteriorated to this point. You cannot expect us to spend so much time sifting through all of your data, then receive your criticism when you disagree. It is even less acceptable when you know we had concerns about your game-playing integrity. It can easily be interpreted as an intentional misdirection. I think your attitude has been some of your undoing. Sure, stand up for yourself, but be exceedingly respectful when doing so. As it is Honda and Bitter have determined your game play is such that you have been banned. Again be careful in your responses. ------------------ Something Really Witty!!! |
