So Bob! Or.. I mean.. Logan! You asked and I deliver. As some people were asking me when exactly I was going to apply, this is it apparently! Some of you might remember me, some of you might not. For those who don't, my ingame name is Subzjee, my real name would be Stan. Nice to meet you! I am from this small country, with a whole lot of tulips and cheese, or prostitutes and weed, depends on who you ask. Better known as... the Netherlands! I live in this generic small town by the German border. This makes it obvious that I can talk Dutch. Apart from that, I speak English and a teeny tiny bit of German. I can order you that McWienerschnitzel at McDonald's but don't ask me to read your scientific paper. Currently, in college, at the University of Amsterdam where I study this beautiful thing called Mathematics 2.0 or Computing Science. Pretty busy with that so there isn't a whole lot of leeway to do anything else. When I do find the time, I like to watch movies, read and ofcourse, play video games. I've been pretty consistent over the last couple of days, catching up with some people. Like I said, school is taking its time, with the difficulty fluctuating a lot by the week. This makes it hard for me to give an exact figure but I should be able to pop in every other night or so. Truth is, being a member was a lot of fun! I found myself to have more fun helping the admin team and admining than I found actually playing. It gave me something else to do. So yeah, there's not much else to say. I'll see you on TeamSpeak? Okay. |

Hi Subzjee, you know you are only Allowed to play here and not being a member or admin anymore because of the reason What happend on 2016.01.13, i have nothing against you personally, you were an really nice Guy, but that is the result after alot of discussion on that case. I dont know how the other Senior Admins and MrMackey or Drifter and Honda think about it. Im a bit splitted and undecided What to say. What Ever the result is its ok for me . I remember asking Mackey a while back if that barred me from joining again. He said it didn't. That's why I am applying. Now, I don't know whether that got changed. |

Okay, Let's set some expectations Subzjee ...... Reading the forums..... You were banned before for suspicion of hacking. There was lots of video and discussion, and later you were unbanned, not because you were innocent provably, but because the decision was on the fence, and we decided to err on the favorable side. Regardless of whether or not you were hacking in the past is irrelevant for point I will make next... I want to be forward looking in my impression of you. If you own everyone and play with elite dominance, everyone will think you are hacking (whether you are guilty or innocent is irrelevant). Regulars will leave the server, and admin will have to take time out of their game to babysit and record you, suspecting a hack. Other admin will later have to take time to review any and all recordings. That is a time consuming endeavor for all involved except for the person under scrutiny, who is still free to play. So as a result, I would like you to focus on toning down your gameplay so that you are not a dominant scoring presence. Doing so keeps the server population up, and does not place a burden on admin and senior admin to record and evaluate your gameplay. So as such I would like you self-limit. Switch to a bolt or shotgun sooner than others, keep your Kills-Deaths under 20 in any game. Target mid to low 30s for kills each match, if low server population, then target mid to low 20s for max kills. "Suspicion" of hacking will be considered unacceptable. It is actually more of a burden to suspect you of hacking than to know for a fact, since the time is drawn out, the overhead is a burden, and it creates conflict. So your gameplay should reflect, upon scrutiny by anyone, that you are not hacking, and not even be questionable. For me, this level of cooperation to self-limit is a prerequisite for consideration, to be demonstrated and measured over a period of time prior to a consideration for vote. Looking at your data, you appear to be ok on kills, but your Kills-Deaths is still on the high side. http://24.147.101.172/otac/players/50/17 73785383.png You may want to challenge yourself more and die more. Kills are the joy other players give you. Deaths are the joy you give to other players. Spread the joy. So the ball is in your court. Let's see how you handle yourself for a while. |

Nothing unreasonable about that. Seeing it in a graph is actually fairly enlightening. I found myself resorting to a bolt or even a shotgun earlier than expected since yesterday so I'll keep that up. |
