I was told to ask for Bitter to have a look at this, but, last week I was gaming on the server, been playing on here for a very long time, but this past Monday my profile dropped out and I can't find it to restore. I went through my Carbonite account to find the backup, but no luck. Is it possible to pull my profile from the gaming logs from the last time I was online here last week?

I really don't feel like ranking back all the way up, again.

Thanks for your input.

When your profile goes missing...... you have your progress but not the ability to have it.
When this happens to you .... Exit the game and WaW completely. If you switch to your other profiles you will lose them too unless you FIRST exit WAW completely.

If you have a backup of your profiles you can copy the data files from the backed up folder into your profile folder.
If you don't have a backup but you do have other profiles (which are ranked up further than your now lost profile at level 1) you can copy the contents from the existing profile over the contents of the main profile that you lost. then enter the game and your main profile will be ranked up to the same level as your other profile.

You can always go to PDE#2 and rank back up quicker if you are still hosed.

I just got a new machine, and installed WaW with Steam as opposed to my DVD copy on old machine. I was unable to copy old profile to new machine. Tried everything I could think of. Any thoughts?

In any case, I started a new profile and ranking up. New Profile is BluePhoenix6

Blue, if you got another CDKey, that's the reason. For some reason, the profile level is connected to your GUID, so if you use another cd key, you wont be able to copy the old data. I had that problem when I lost my old cd key, bought a new one, tried to copy the old profiles, but without success
