I think the situation surrounding me has cooled down quite substantially given that I haven't played on the server in quite some time. With a few conditions I can offer, maybe you'd be willing to allow me back on the server: 1) I am always in Teamspeak, if not in the main lobby, then still accessible in another channel for any admin inquiry. 2) I do not use semi-automatic weapons rifles ever, with the exception of the M1 Garand (it has a lower rate of fire cap than the other semi's). 3) I do not play on the server when it has less than 10 players (to avoid potential server killing. All of this in addition to the standard rules of the server, of course. These conditions would have zero tolerance and would require some trust on your part that I do not break them, however all three of these conditions are easily visible and checked thanks to the many admins and player-reporting. So the ability for these conditions to be broken and go undetected is extremely minimal, if not impossible altogether. Thanks for your consideration, hope to hear from ya soon.

I see this in the ban.txt file ..... //1549660913 imProteus / he was right from his demo follow the way he tab fire button I (honda) can do the same thing - unbanned by bitter 1549660913 ASTR0W0RLD // this is imProteus again - won't slow down fire rate - starting to be nuisance - Bitter unbanned and put him in 20/20 limit /no unban till I Honda make decision there is a second entry from Honda himself..... so it is up to him to dermine the disposition for your appeal Good luck... Thanks for the info Bitter. As a high ranking admin, I'm sure Honda would take yours and other admins' opinions into consideration. What do you think about the conditions I suggested? |

The terms seem reasonable to try, but I will let Honda make this decision. My bias is whatever is drama-free. If you came back, and it created drama, that would be bad. So add: 4) No drama 5) Stay off admin radar And I would probably support a some level of forgiveness on a trial basis. |

Thanks for your thoughts. Both of your additions to the list were, in some form, in the back of my mind when I wrote the initial 3 conditions. If I'm in teamspeak and something peculiar happens, anyone can drop to whatever channel I'm in and ask me about it. There also wouldn't be nearly as many reports about my fast rate of fire, since I wouldn't be using those high ROF semi auto rifles. Overall, these would lead to less discussion or focus about myself, resulting in me staying off the admin radar (as much as I have control of anyway). |

Even though he hasn't responded, is Honda aware of my post yet? I don't expect his decision to be a quick yes or no, but I have no way to sort of.. like put this post on his admin agenda. |

So Improteus, since Honda has not responded in a timely manner, I am going to make an executive decision to unban you and we will let you out as agreed above...... Bottom line...... these are the most important....... 1. STAY OF ADMIN RADAR 2. NO DRAMA Please limit your dominant gameplay. To help enforce the fire rate issue, I have put you in a bolt/shotgun only limit group that kicks in at 5 kills. So instead of switch at 30, you must switch to bolt or shotgun at 5. That will apply for all NORMAL maps. You also have KILLS-DEATHS limit of 20 max ... that applies all the time. It is up to you how you manage that, but it is preferred that you let other people kill you rather than you nade yourself. If you have any questions let me know.
