Rather than saying thanks for the heads up, then following the rules you continued to run and use your pistol outside. Even lying about the pistol use and declaring OOA right after respawn as an excuse to use it after someone told you the rules for using a pistol and that if you are out of ammo you can use it outside. Then of course there was the trash talking when myself and others tried to tell you the rules. How many times did you tell me to "change my tampon," or to "STFU," or "F off," apparently there was even some use of the N word sprinkled in there. I guess I missed that, but while playing yesterday another member told me about it as it had happened after I had stopped playing. There's just no excuse for that kind of behavior. If you join a server to play, and don't know the rules, then realize after reading them how you should play, and then following said rules that is one thing. Everyone was a noob at some point. However, continuing to flaunt the rules, then lie about it, and behave the way you did tells me that you are incapable of behaving in a manner that is positive. Just my $.02 of course. Here is what I want to have happen... 1. A bunch of time has elapsed.... so it has been a long time out. 2. Unban jimmydean69 - with zero tolerance for any type of nonsense whatsoever - If even a warning is issued going forward it should be a permanent re-ban. 3. Jimmydean gets rid of the POON tags as anything offensive will be violation of #2 above. 4. Jimmydean will stay off admin radar and be an unstanding model player and follow the rules and wont chat or voice in game to any annoying extent 5. Admin don't try to find things wrong, but if you see something wrong, re-ban please. 6. Otherwise let's play the game. Admin does that sound reasonble? around 1:30am i was playing and some guy named ANZAC kept kicking then banned me. i know it says zero tolerance , i burst ran and got a warning for it then i stopped. but he kept kicking me for "using a pistol outside" but every person i killed was in the same roof as me. i killed one man outside while i was inside, it was on battery. but he kept warning me about it even though i never killed anyone outside on purpose. i was getting pissed off then i started talking shit. im sorry for talking shit but he was getting on my nerves. then he just banned me because of the pistol outside thing. you know what i do, i take my pistol out before walking in the doorway. then i have it ready, when i was playing earlier today i was doing it and nobody have a problem with it then this ANZAC kid comes out of nowhere and starts fuckin with me. if i remember BitterSpock saying this "5. Admin don't try to find things wrong, but if you see something wrong, re-ban please." i apologize for talking shit i just get annoyed sometimes. |

You do stretch the truth a bit. You were banned for swearing at admin and another player, after multiple infringements and trolling over 2 maps. You often walked passed players and myself with pistol out, before you were close to buildings. As I said, you had to be inside to touch a pistol and that rule was posted a few times. I advised you numerous (that's lost count) times that this cant be done. But you continued to do this multiple times over to map. I was trying let your infringements slide, but when asked to stop, you lied about being inside and kept being lippy. I only kicked you twice, but on first kick the bot show u been kicked 6 times already. When I first joined, a player asked you to stop burst running and then you swore at him. I guess you didn't listen to Spock and stay of the radar and keep your head down. Yes I was aware you were unbanned, and on zero tolerance, but how many chances do you need? You would test the patience of any dead saint. We don't kick or banned lightly, but I guess you are special and entitled where rules and advisement don't count for you. Goodbye |

There were many times were i has killed people under the same roof and he still kicked me for it. I even asked if he had proof and he never responded. And during the day when i was playing nobody had any issue with me. matter of fact it was pretty fun. It just doent make any sense. I was playing the same way i was during the day. |

Look nadir, im sorry for swearing, but I was playing the exact same way i was playing during the day, now all of a sudden its an issue. I just think he's trying to witch hunt me. by the way i was told you cant use pistols outside again "use". All I did was have it out by the door way. Idk ite suddenly a big issue at night. I was just following rules. |

Why you cant behave, take a break, get out of the game and watch to the end, when Anzac say you were running or walking unsighted couple of times or using pistol they are not within our rules then i believe him, the fact you recieved 5 ,6 warnings before Show me that other admins warned you before for rules breaking. I dont believe that BitterSpock will remove the ban again. |

I dont think your understand, I was doing just fine during the morning and afternoon, then as soon as ANZAC joins he just nitpicking, over and over and over. eventually i got tired of it and went off, looking back at it I shouldnt off, but what im trying to say he did what bitterspock told admins not to do "5. Admin don't try to find things wrong, but if you see something wrong, re-ban please." I mean c'mon he aint even got proof, ik I aint shoot anybody outside because I was the one playing. I admit cause a little trouble sometimes but im not a liar. |
