Time/Date of the ban: The link to see the servertime doesn't work, but I was banned on February 18, 2023 at approximately 3:30 PM. Reason for ban: None listed. Admin who banned you: NX_RazR Home country: United States of America Why you believe you should be unbanned: I have no idea why I was banned. I didn't talk all match nor break any rules that I'm aware of, but towards the end of the match I was permanently banned with no warning. There will never be an instance where an admin would first warn a player for a possible wall hack or aim bot, both of which are cause for an immediate ban. If anything, the ban is the warning should it be overturned. |

You started playing recently, trouble from the get go. wouldn't follow the rules, got trolled, kicked, and kicked for time almost ever time you came on. This involved several different admins. You were not very nice to the admins, refused to accept the rules, and played pretty badly. Then, POOF, you go like 20 and zero on the map you got banned on with at least 5 admins watching you. I myself was specing you when you got trolled and you would run on seelow, and when i asked you to stop, you gave a lame excuse that you were following Biter the whole time.and argued you were recording. So with all that WHAT DO TOU EXPECT. When game play does a 180 you are suspect. My advise is IF you get another chance be respectful, follow the rules. oh and we are NOT your "bro". |

You had an unhealthy attitude towards the rules. You were trolling and acting all sly about it. You were kicked on many occasions, and if I remember correctly, you saw the text from the console that you'd been kicked/removed/banned idk. Then you hastily wrote an inappropriate message before the kick removed you. I don't know if this was because you were mad or trying to act like it didn't affect you. Regardless it made things a lot worse. I remember trying to help you not get kicked by going into some detail, but right after, you'd brazenly run away right in front of me and whoever speccing. ------------------

Exactly what Angus said. Played on our server over a number of days prior to your being banned. You would not comply with the server rules even after they were scrolled for you and explained to you numerous times. Blatant disregard for the rules and when warned for breaches - constantly denied those breaches. Your presence on the server is far more trouble than it's worth. |

So upon reviewing the demos the gameplay was compelling but inconclusive to support a wallhack, but also inconclusive to disprove the use of the wallhack. Looking at the match history the game in question shows an amazing burst of skill that is inconsistent with all of the other matches played. That too is compelling and inconclusive both ways and remains highly suspicious. Normally in these cases, when we have player exhibiting "possibly hacking" we either impose limits or simply err on the side of "not hacking" and let the player continue playing since skill was the only issue. But in this case, I am hearing multiple accounts form multiple admin that this player is problematic to the server, in terms of rule breaking, disrespectful interactions with admin, and I have have some of our more lethal admin supporting the "likely hacking" scenario. That makes the " I didn't talk all match nor break any rules that I'm aware of " part of this ban appeal disingenuous. As this a new and problematic player to the server, upholding the ban seems like the right side of the fence to err on. Ban stays. You are welcome to get a new copy of the game, and play under a different profile name, play by the rules and not hack and be welcome on our servers. But this GUID is banned.
