Anyone down to throw ins on a pot? we should do a cash prize tournament, myself will throw 20-50$ in the pot??!!! lets see how interesting this can get Who is down. lets do it like like a fourth of july tournament!!!! |

imean i really think it would be a cool thing to get a bracket going and advertise it , no fee to join free of cost for everyone.ill donate atleast 50-100$ we can transfer over through venmo or what ever to bitter so he can give it to the winner, i remember winning a 200$ check one time playing in a tournament online it was the greatest thing ever ..if we planned it far in advanced we could actually put together a cool little tournament thing im sure other players would love to participate, who knows if other people decide they want to donate to the pot we could get a pretty fat chunk going. To match a date and that the person is willing to spend that time playing is the big task. |

If it was to the benefit of something more than just a cash prize. (Like funding translations) I'd be interested. However it is a lot to set up and that's where it will hit a wall. ------------------

Good idea Bird but we have a couple of obstacles. First, we're not a competitive community, second we only have one server so that would mean shutting it down for an event. Perhaps if this was to raise money for a charity, or something similar we could look at the logistics. |

I already had a similar suggestion https://outtact.net/index.php?mod=board&action=thread&where=38 30&start=0 Perhaps create a separate server for the tournament. Test it out a couple of times. Then we can make for charity. Something for the army or veterans as several players are veterans here. |

Voodoo - I can't remember how we did the tournaments at BK. I think we must have had a private server because I used to run boot camps once a month on it. We used to do events regularly over there. As we were organized into squads already (alpha, bravo, charlie) we would play against each other as teams. I remember it was a LOT of organization and promotion. We did a zombie one once that swore me off of every playing zombies ever again (it was rather intense!!!). |
