It's not really about the bind abuse aspect, it is more about the speed of the firing. Were you told to cool it down? Did you protest and keep insisting it was legit? The usual protocol for binders/fast shooters(Legit or not) is to tell them about the rule on the matter, to either take off the bind or slow down your shooting. If they do not do so, then go into taking you out of the game. ------------------

Hello everyone,i'm sry for my english, i wanted to ask how, never even respecting the rules Angus ban me, no warning, and when i asked he banned me without even explaining, and isn't the 1st time. I'm very sorry, because I've been playing on your server for years, but people who don't know how to relate can't have ban powers. this behavior is childish, I'm 40 and I never allow myself to be a fool in the game. I hope it doesn't happen again because I love playing with you. Murdock - you should make your own thread But you are not banned - you were kicked for running to throw a grenade. You must be aware of the no running rule by now. |

prescription There is no post about your ban in the forums by admin. There is no demo uploaded by admin. Your ban is overturned due to lack of evidence - You are free to play again provided you follow the rules. If the banning admin presents a demo and forum post - and it is determined the ban should stay - it will be reinstated. |

Murdock, so you are 40? try acting like it. You've been on the server well long enough to know the rules which you contiinually ignore. Regular players who should know the rules do not get warned. So you got kicked for running to throw a grenade, and that kick was the result of several burst runs on several prior maps that i didnt kick you for. And then you come back all disrespectful and indignant. What did you expect? So if you don't want to be kicked, then be mature enough to follow the rules. |

I see a problem in the interpretation of the rules here in Murdocks complaint. Its actually a common thing from newer players. They get a little lost on the "No running to throw grenades or satchels" warning that we send out. Ive seen more than enough times that its not a numbered rule....but it actually is. Rule 1 clearly states that youre on a crouch server. Press C and crouch to move. NO Footstep Noise. So if you go making that footstep noise everytime you throw a grenade or satchel You are in fact in clear violation of Rule #1. All it really takes to remedy this is practice. Just get your timing down with the key pressing. Its possible to sprint,jump, and throw a nade or satchel all at the same time. You can, with practice, do this without making a single sound. If you keep getting warnings for it. Just learn to jump throw. Its extra distance and no admin will be on your back about it. Most of us use that technique with great results. |

Excellent advice Tip. Listen to these older players Murdock, they are old hands at this and are as fair as any of us can be. We don't like kicking anyone but if we don't enforce the rules with the persistent rule breakers then it sends a message to all new players that we're not serious about the rules, and that simply doesn't make sense. You can also join us in teamspeak if there is an issue and we will help fix it. |

There is also the advice of: You can ignore a run to throw nade/satchel of less that 2 seconds or so. No need to give out a ticket if doing 57 in a 55 zone. |

Than come into Wales Tom where you get fined from 17/09/23 for 21 mph in a 20mph zone. 1 mile per hour above speedlimit and its 3 points and a speed awareness course at a cost. |

You've got to be kidding... 1 mph over the speed limit and you get 3 points against your license and have to attend a speed course? How do they account for speedometer error. I'd imagine that most people would tend to drive at 15 mph in that 20 mph zone if they are that serious about 1 mph...lol. |
