Hey everyone my name is Liam, I currently live in Edinburgh, Scotland. Hopefully you have all seen me in Teamspeak and I frequently like hanging out with you guys some nights. My ingame name is Wabbitface and I am a active part of two gaming organisations. Paragon Esports is a ShootMania community which strives to make the game better by contributing what we can for the community. Over the course of a year we have run an online tournament website 'Paragon League' for the game and paid out over $25,000 ! I continue to be a massive part of this game, if your interested in checking me out you can see me commentate the ShootMania Elite world cup, a $10,000 prize pool at Paris, France a few weeks ago. https://twitter.com/ScottieWabbit/status /660586661798105088 For four and a half years I have been running a semi-vanilla Minecraft survival server, in my honest and very biased opinion I think it is the best one out there! This server is called 'Wabbit Survival' and it can be seen in the google search ranks for 'Friendly Minecraft Server' and 'Minecraft Survival Server' search terms. This server currently has over 700 regular players and runs a 30-man voluntary staff team. I have been frequently joining the crouch server for the past week and even hanging out with some of you in Teamspeak. You are a friendly and mature bunch despite some 'topics of discussion' haha! Actually I'm curious, once I join will I have access to moderation abilities? I love playing on this server and I want to make sure my experience isn't ruined due to players not following the rules. |

Not immediately, typically we vote you in as a member, then you apply to be admin, then we vote you in as admin. Some get admin rights earlier than others. |

Only seen yourself Honda about 3 times in teamspeak and I am usually joining on a nightly-basis. I can assure you I have been getting to know a lot of the otac members through teamspeak and everyone seems to be pretty cool and a good laugh! To confirm, here is some info:  As more reassurance towards becoming an admin I know that this may seem a bit soon to be asking and I understand there are members here that have been with your for years and yet even recently just got admin. I would like to assure you I am keen on learning how you all deal with confronting rule-breakers, what actions you do to make reports/recordings and how you deal with ban disputes. From my own experience I run a moderately-large minecraft server that deals with many incidents on a daily basis, this I have been managing for over 4 years and I have learned a great deal with confronting rulebreakers in a calm and responsible manner that does not embarrass the person that broke the rules. I also understand that COD:WAW is quite restrictive in regards to admin/moderating tools, plugins, logs and things like private message functionality is not possible. Unfortunately this is what we are stuck with and the good thing for Otac is that you currently tolerate with these issues very well and maintain good moderation of a dedicated server compared to many other COD servers. Which is why I am here playing on your server and why I am interested in becoming a member of staff. The urgency in the language I give you is there because I know for a fact you need more staff to moderate and cover when no other members of staff can.
