Ingredients  Flour: 300g Sugar: 100g Butter: 95g Eggs: 2 Lemon aroma: some tears Baking powder: half sachet (3.5g) Jam: 1 jar of ur favorite taste Procedure Slice the butter and mix all together (not the jam!)  impaste, make a smooth and homogeneous ball  and put it in a cellophane film.  Then leave the ball in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.  When the paste has rested enough take it and roll it.  I've make it 4mm thickness. Then put it in the backing tin,  Drop over the jam, and make some strips with the advanced paste.  Cook it for 40 minutes in the owen at 180°C   do not forget it 5 min more while playng at BF3...
