Because of lot of players (even myself) complained about it... .
SGT__GIT is more or less ignoring the rules. I think some of
the admins made this experiece too. He is doing short runs.
The less admins are online, the more he is doing it. He is very
often jumping around corners to get advantage out of the
jump and the speed. And he is ignoring almost all warnings,
he is getting from other players.

2 Days ago he did it that much, that i started a votekick.
He was kicked very quick, because lot of players have been
fed up with him and his behaviour and pressed F1 _very_ fast.

'Positive' story to tell about him, he is taking care of other
rulebreakers (runners) very often... ... ... .

yeah, i gave him a little timeout for running just a couple of days ago. we may need to talk to this guy and give him a couple of days to think about the error of his ways.

Can some admin, just because i m curious, check, if --Apu-- and SGT__GIT are the same players?
His gameplay and behaviour is almost equal to GITs. Burst runing, jumping for attacks. The less
admins, the more rule pushing. And... i m not 100% sure, i think --Apu-- joined the server for
the first time, when SGT__GIT got more an more kicks/timebans by admins. I havent seen
SGT__GIT online, since --Apu-- is playing. thx.

that does not eliminate the responsibility of playing appropriately. if they cannot get on the same page with us, they need a time out, IMO.

While I agree that all players need to adhere to the server rules, I don't think it would be fair to penalize the GUID/Account because his brother was breaking the rules without first having a discussion with Noobville first.

To be clear, I'm not defending any rule violations; as deebow9 said, a temporary timeout can be a good idea. I just don't think it'd be fair to affect Noobville if it wasn't him playing, without first giving a chance for him to either explain the rules to his brother, or preventing his brother from using his account.

EDIT: Edited for grammatical failures because I am forever tired.

As i said, i just was curious if both names were the same person.
In case of the behaviour itself, some admins have already taken
action. And i also want to point out, that it s not only him, pushing
rules. No need to tell names, everyone knows the players, i m
talking about. And they all get a little treatment every sometimes.

it is not our responsibility for them to get their poop in a pile. in other words, i disagree. if we are having problems with GIT and we give him a timeout, that is how it goes and noobville can do the talking with his 'brother' or vice versa.

Agree with Deebow....

Our controls are GUID based. We can tempban or ban a guid.....
If this presents a problem for the Noobville bunch, it is their problem to resolve and not ours.
They are welcome to get other game copies and keep accounts separate. If one brother gets the other banned, that is just how it goes.

As I have yet to see(hear rather) any of them on Teamspeak, the jury is out on whether the "other brothers" are fictitious anyway.

Apologies if I wasn't clear; their "shared" GUID should definitely not get any free passes, as I agree it's not our job to sort out who uses who's GUID.
You guys both make sense in giving a timeout or ban (where needed), because we know the GUID, but don't know the person using GUID.
It's the way Steam Account VAC bans have been for years too. No reason it doesn't make sense here too.

I too was just more hopeful that we would have heard them/him in TeamSpeak to chat about this by now, but it appears as though that hasn't happened yet.
Unless, of course, the next version of BitterSpock's tool now has a way to tell who's sitting at the computer while playing...
