Hi my name in game was _-Tai-_ This was the server i was banned from IP: 108.61.109.21:28960 Was some where around this time Sunday, 17 April 03:15:00 REASON FOR BAN: I think the reason i was banned was that i got too many kills each game, exceeding like 35 kills. Not sure which of the admins kicked me but these where the ones on at the time: [OTaC]_curlie_ [OTaC]KiRaShi [OTaC]hosierdaddy HOME COUNTRY: The United States Of America REASON FOR UNBAN: Well i believe that the permanent ban that i received was unnecessary due to a number of reasons. First off i play on the server almost every day and it is my favorite server on COD WAW. Secondly i feel that a permanent ban for exceeding 35 kills is a little much, maybe a temporary ban but not permanently. Thirdly i literally got no warnings and further notice, yes you could argue that i should've read the rules, but i could've gotten a reminder at the least. I am sorry if i might of driven people away and discouraged a lot of people from enjoying the server, but to permanently eradicate me from the server is not the way to handle that particular situation. I did not make any bans tonight. (I believe it was the server owner.) Either way, I will bring it up with the admins and figure it out. Read reason 4 and 5 ?? 4, Constantly reach 35 kills with little or no down time. The player will be banned due to the effect of driving others away. 5. Constantly using only one gun (for example ppsh STG44 , M1A1 , BAR) and doing 35 plus kills, dominating all other players, every map. This leads players to believe one or two things; "This player is too good for me or is a hacker ". "I am leaving to play somewhere else". Such a dominant player can not remain on the OTaC server. It is preferable to have many players than one dominant player. Your score was outrageous! your score is 11.2 per min last night was 19 per min. You seem to expect all your enemies every time you raised the BAR or STG some one die. in less than 5 min you did 24 kills with BAR. I did advice you try diff gun before you empty the server. your ban will be lifted but record 3 consecutive game and post in forum or TS ------------------

Do you even need to have recordings of this guy to make a decision? C'mon guys, scores like that is to good to be true. I thought its the different of your kills and death in game , Example 30 kills 15 death kd ratio 15 |
