Your In-Game Name: ChinChoppa Server I was banned from: OuT*Tact Tactical Crouch Ranked My GUID: 9ed7100b2ba522e77bc14eaf90403 Time/Date of the ban: Some time in early 2015 Reason for ban: I hacked. Admin who banned you: I couldn't say, but I admit to using an ESP, recoil bypass, and aimbot. Home country: Australia. (I lived elsewhere at the time of my ban.) Why you believe you should be unbanned: I hacked, and want to come clean. I am interested in playing on this crouch server because it has a good population with vigilant admins (ironically) and playable ping. |

Hi ChinChoppa, I received your private message. I was hoping to have a chance to talk to MrMackey to build a consensus first, but I have not crossed paths with him yet. In the interests of not leaving you hanging indefinitely, here is what I am going to do. I am willing to give you a second chance, with some conditions attached. I would like you to familiarize yourself with out rules. Read them on our web page (Rules) link on the upper left. And when in-game I would like you to type: !rules and read and understand #1 through #10 IT IS IMPORTANT that you heed these rules, and my expectation that you will follow both the letter and spirit of the rules. Our other admin will admin as usual and it would be my expectation that they should not have any reason to warn or kick/ban you for any reason. I will be reviewing our logs to ensure this has not or does not occur going forward. I am willing to give people a second chance to be an upstanding regular on our server. So that is what I want to see..... and upstanding regular. Deviations from that (in the form of hacking, warnings, kicks) shall result in the reinstatement of the ban on permanent basis. If you agree to abide by the conditions above and understand the rules/consequences, please type "I understand and agree" in this post. Upon seeing that I will remove your ban and grant you the opportunity to redeem yourself. Your move. BitterSpock |

Thank you BitterSpock, I admire your decision, and I am contented with this outcome. You have shown me what an open, and steadfast community OTaC truly is, firstly with my ban for blatant hacking, and secondly by offering another opportunity to me. Your ban has been lifted and our agreement is now in effect. You are free to enjoy our game servers and we welcome you to come say hello in our TeamSpeak. Good luck and I please adhere to all rules. It would be nice to show that it is possible to have previously banned players become good regulars. Let's strive for that. See you out there .....
