Hello Admins, My in-game name is [WSA]mechango. I have two others in the family that also played on the server. I played on the Otac servers years ago (around 3-4) and was banned. I cannot remember why. It may have been due to the other two juveniles not adhering to your rules. I recently started up playing once again and am requesting my account be unbanned. I played against Blue Phoenix today and thought to revist your server. What do I need to do to appeal my banned status? Thanks in advance. mechango. |

Honda, mechango is same guid as Nekrophobia 1680364384 Nekrophobia /server killer 50+with 5 maps seem like lesser recoil than normal We have him in the 15 switch /15 K-D list so it looks like our intent was to unban him with restrictions, once he appealed. http://24.147.101.172/otac/players/50/16 80364384.png Mechango/Nekro Honda observed you with a crazy scores in multiple maps and that is a problem for our server. We would like you to tone down your gameplay. The problem is if we have a hacker on the server they own everyone and players leave. We have the same problem with dominant players that are not hacking, players think they must be hacking and they leave. So for us we want dominant players to win by a little not a lot, or at least if by a lot, that does not happen that often. As such we are placing you in a restricted group (like we do with other dominant players) Basically instead of having to switch to a bolt or shotgun after 30 kills, you must switch after 15 kills (kick at 16+ if not bolt/shotgun). Secondly, you must keep your KILLS-DEATHS to be no more than 15. so you manage that however you wish. use tougher weapons .... suicide deaths don't count, other players have to kill you. We can see how you do and if too harsh we can make adjustments. Ideally we would like to see you have a max score of say 35 kills if lots of players on the server and a max score of 25 if less than 26 players on the server. That would be a good guideline. Also, for maps that have special rules, like bolt-only, shotgun, pistol, or garand-only ... you will use the weapons prescribed for the game mode. Only the 15 K-D would be in effect for those matches. Does that all make sense? I will review your gameplay with these restrictions, if we are over-correcting with the 15/15 we can consider 20/20, but let's see how you do first. You are not alone in these restrictions. It is not a punishment, think of it more like a golf-handicap. Please type "I agree and understand" and I will remove your ban. Ball is in your court. I look forward to your reply. I agree and understand. Nekro is my son's account and I'll pass on the message. I understand the reasoning and for me it's not a problem especially due to my mediocre scoring. ha! |

TY for responding ...... please note that ban applies to the GUID of the game copy. So any profiles will have the same restrictions. Please explain this to your son, and probably have him read this post. In any event that ban is lifted on both of you, keep the gameplay toned down and enjoy. See you on our servers. Hi Mech, Feel free to get in team speak with us if you need any guidance on this. We have many outstanding players on the server that comply with these guidelines and restrictions. Think of it as a PRO handicap. |
