Hi guys Just wondering if anyone can give me a pointer. My PC crapped out a few weeks ago (hence my absence recently), I ended up having to re-buy COD from Steam as my original media has been damaged. I've dropped my saved profile into the profile folder but it's not showing as an option to select. Is there something I'm missing? All help gratefully accepted. Mike |

Hi... i m not 100% sure about that, but imho the profile is linked to the serial of the game. There may be something different to do, then just simply copy a old profile into the new profile folder... but as i said, i am not sure about that. Maybe someone else knows a workaround for this issue. Bert... |

If you have the original CD key, it could be possible to provide you with an ISO image of the game for you to download and burn. |

Thanks for the offer Spock but I can't find the box either. As an aside my nickname in school was Spock - I'll leave you to guess why........ |
