Your choices look good to me. AMD is kicking Intel to the curb on the gaming front lately.

As for graphics some flavor of Nvidia RTX depending on your budget.

I Would suggest NVIDIA Geforce between GTX 1060 6gb about 300 € ans RTX 2080 SUPER 8gb about 800 €, or to the latest RTX 2080Ti 11gb about 1300 €

Can't go wrong with ASRock, have ended up with ASRock as my mother board since having so many issues with Asus. They are as solid as a rock with many awesome features. Have been running a Z87 Extreme6 with an i5 and Z97 Extreme9 with an i7 for many years now with EVGA 1080 TI FTW2. I could for sure recommend EVGA Graphics and ASRock for Mainboard. Also Corsair makes some great RAM. Look over ASRocks A4 Boards, like their X570 or X470 lines if you're going with a AMD Ryzen 9 3950X, seams like a killer choice. If you go with the X570 line make sure your choice of GFX supports PCIe Gen4.

Rampant my board( ASUS sabretooth 2rev) is from 20010, My CPU ( AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-Core Processor ) from 2009 and my grahics ( Radeon (TM) RX 480 Graphics )from 2012. It is still running well
just for the newer games I found it needs an upgrade. Had after the last windows and grahics update some blue screens.

I used to check here
https://www.alternate.co.uk/Hardware

In the Netherlands they have used PCs as well that are like 2 or 3 years old
and an outlet store on the website

good luck on the search its a pain there is so much and every time you look it seems to be more expensive
