Hello everyone, I am writing to ask help to fix a problme that I have with the game. I have installed a new HD in place of the broken one. Then I have installed on it again Steam and the game COD WAW. After launching the game , even if it takes all the scrren of my tv, The golden cursor is able to go only on the left top quarter of the screen. I cannot be able to modify the setting of the video of the game befcause the golden cursor is unable to reach the left below side of the screen , where there is the setting option. When I launch the game, the game starts in a window and not in full screen because a member of the clan ( sorry but I don't remember his name ) gave me instructions to have the game on a window in place of full screen so that I could easily manage the TS without leaving the game. Another thing I've seen is that meanwhile I have the golden cursor of the game , I have the white cursor of PC on the extreme right. I have tried to change the set up of the creen of the tv ( I have a HD TV ) but no luck. I also installed again the game but no luck again. I think that it could be a file called boid.config.exe but even if I have found some discussion on Steam Forum, no reply on which path I should follow to remove it. Hi Omega! Need more info " system spec ". Like Video card, what TV make/model and what ram you use. If in any doubt check my profile on gametracker and you can see my spec. bighans7213 or Hansuk .Greetings Hans |

When you enter the game, open the console and type these 2 commands: /r_fullscreen 1 /vid_restart Check if that fixes the windowed mode |

There is a product called CLR that removes rust, you might try that. |

Hi all! My dear fellows, unfortunately the solution given by JuampoSMR21 did not work anymnore few minutes ago when I've tried a new access to the game. Once again same problem and it was impossible to give commands with "\" button. @ BItterspock : is there any particular file that I should remove with CLR ? Kind regards |

Hi Hans ! Indeed I don't think that the problem is given by tv or Video card because the game in single player works well as well as the other games I have. Last but not least I always used the same TV and video card. I think that the problem is due to the commands that some of the member of the Clan gave to me some months ago to have the game in a window so that if I should check the chat or doing other things I should not have be forced to close the game every time. This could possibly be due to a resolution conflict. I used to have a 4K monitor and a 1080p monitor and had similar issues when changing the resolution of different games. If you use a computer monitor along side your TV I'm willing to bet that the resolutions are different and if you changed them to be the same it would fix your problem. |

Barcode and that's why i asked for his hardware. I had exactly the same problem when I purchased my 4k monitor. So Omega look at the hardware again and think with changing resolution to only one setting should get it done. |

Hello everyone! Thank you again so much for your help! Well I've checked my profiles according to the indication received and I've seen that the profile I use always was ok as you can see in the attached screen shot. Just the other ones were not perfectly setted up. I have a TV Samsung 6 Series (43) and it neve gave me problem with the game since I've started to use it. Here you are attached the screen shots about the infos requested by Hans_UK. Now I'll test again the game (crossing fingers).
