Hey folks, if you appreciate the kind of hard work that goes into rebuilding a big truck (Semi) then pop into mt brother-in-laws YouTube channel and give him a thumbs up. It took him 105 weeks to put this cabover together and has just won first place in a Truck Show in Amherst NS a couple of weeks ago.

Here's the link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FGh-DG16BVA

Thanks guys

Don't know much about trucks but I can appreciate the video all the same. I left a comment and a like. Encourage your friend to pursue this hobby, editing videos and splicing clips together is very cathartic and sharing the end product makes you and others happy when posted to YouTube.

Thank you for sharing this Voodoo It's always nice to see someone start out on youtube.

Hey thanks Birdy, really appreciate that.

I should have mentioned that this isn't only a show truck, it's a working truck also.

I hear ya Barcode. That heavy tow truck (Clarkes Towing) that towed Dave's truck to his shop used to be my daily driver a few years back when I was still running the roads picking up deadheads. That baby had the power that I needed with a big CAT engine. I forget the size now but it wasn't shy on power.

The engine that Dave put in his truck is a beauty. Cummins makes a damned good product and they look nice too, better than a Cat and about even with a Detroit. I'm a fan of the old 2 stroke Detroits, the screamin demons.. drive em like your mad as hell..LMAO! The last one I drove was an 8V92, that thing would haull hard!!

My last place of employment was with ExxonMobil and Imperial Oil looking after those guys picking up fuel from the terminals. Great guys to work with from the drivers up to the dispatchers and fuel companies.
