I was recently banned on ts and the otac crouch only server for absolutely no reason. I guess changing your username to McDonaldsWiFiAdminDestroyer is a bad thing. And i got banned for asking to put up the new server ip in chat. i Asked about 3 times because the first time it did not give me enough time to write it down. Thanks for your time for reading |

I will display for you the reason for your ban. His behavior fit the typical feigned innocence tactic. He performs some minor offensive act that borders on acceptability. He then moves on to the next similar offense, until he builds a whole collection of "what did I do?" behaviors. An example is to come into TS using OTaC tags. When asked to remove them, his response is: Oh I am just supporting the clan. I do not tolerate players who come in to have fun at the expense of other players. Messing with peoples patience for your own entertainment is selfish and borders on sociopathic behavior. I recommend you examine why you behave the way you do. I leave open the possibility that I have completely misread you. But there is little evidence that you will change my opinion on the matter. Hey but i changed it like you asked, you gave me plenty of chance's and i did not break it again. But honestly there was no rule broken for me to be banned on the call of duty server. All i did was ask for the new server ip. |

Note: exhibit B above (Answer#2). I did give you plenty of chances to change the tag. You changed it to names like OTaCSupporter, and finally to Otac admin destroyer. We have no rule listed that you cannot have any one of these as your tag, hence the "border of acceptability" i mention above. And yet anyone knows that you do not fly another clan's tags without invite. Otac admin destroyer is a clear declaration of your intent. Woah there what are you talking about it was never OtaK Admin Destroyer it was McDoanldsWiFiAdminDestroyer. But you still didnt answer why i was banned on the call of duty server |

If you really wanted back into our server and teamspeak you wouldn't disrespect admins. Lol. So now your post is irrelevant and as far as we are concerned you won't be back in our server ever. |

But seriously the teamspeak and the call of duty otak server are 2 different matters. I brought both of them up because i wanted help with both of them. I was banned on the call of duty server for asking for the new server ip, you had put it up in the chat the first time i asked. But when i told you that i didnt have enough time to get it down you ignored me. Btw i was using voice chat, How do i know you were ignoring me? Because i asked 2 more times for the ip then you banned me so you have had to be listening the whole time then just ban me. And this incident had time lapse of less than a minute. I bring this up because you only answer my question about team speak, you keep repeating yourself. And you gave false information too. |

In my defense i dont think i was being respectful. Its just that Davide30541 was trying to give me advice on something that isn't needed "someone needs to learn to read better and try to not be that guy as well. OR really really cant get it..." to be honest someone would find that offensive. He told me to learn to read so i can find it, but even MrMackeyMkay who was very kind to reply to my forum post only answered the topic about the teamspeak. Even though he gave false information saying that i changed my name to OtakAdminDestroyer which was actually McDonaldsWiFiAdminDestroyer. Ill give you the names i changed them too [Otak]McDonaldsWiFi, [OtakSupporter]McDonaldsWiFi, and McDonaldsWiFiAdminDestroyer. Havon, Perhaps you are failing to see how your actions would be interpreted by most "rational clear thinking people" (RCTP) in similar circumstances. 1. Presumption - RCTP would not presume it is okay to wear the clan tag unless they were a clan member. Same goes for OTaCSupporter, RCTP would ask for permission, and the support would likely need to be verified or vouched for by clan member of sufficient rank or stature. 2. Embedded Phrasing - It is specious to suggest that embedding AdminDestroyer in ones name should be treated in context differently. You neglect the reality that even if I were stipulate for the sake of discussion that you have no malicious intent, each individual would have the inclination to interpret it as they see fit since the phrasing is left up to interpretation. Meagamoo1996 that was history i had cleared that up with another admin thats how i got unbanned. all your doing adding new context just so it best fits you, there is no rule that says i cant have AdminDestroyer. You told me to fix it from Otac, and otacsupporter and i did no questions asked. So i feel like you guys just did to do it, and also i thought we cleared up the team speak incident and you just keep bring it up i asked help for the call of duty server which i can not get anyhelp. and i had no failure to accept that i did nothing wrong on teamspeak. I clearly said you gave me enough chance's but i will not accept that i did anything wrong on the server(not the ts server). |
