I would like to report MrMackeyMkay (self) for unjustly kicking DukeNukemii. On Sep 26 there was a high-volume of non-compliant players, perhaps due to WaW going on sale at Steam. During a time MrMackeymkay played Subpens twice in the normal circulation of maps. At the beginning of each subpen map MrMackeyMkay noticed DukeNukemii (from japnz spawn) arrived in the bathroom wall gap at the same time MrMackeyMkay (from marine spawn) arrived at the map table. After the second occasion, MrMackeyMkay timed how long it takes to get from each spawn to the respective position. Everytime there was a 8-9 second difference in time for each path. As this was done at a time where 0-warning/0-minute kicks were in effect (due to high guest non-compliance), MrMackeyMkay informed DukeNukemii he was being kicked for not moving in crouch out of spawn. MrMackeyMkay kicked DukeNukemii. DukeNukemii returned, asked why the kick, and insisted that he was always moving in crouch, explaining his path out of the window. MrMackeyMkay explained why he believed DukeNukemii could not have been moving in crouch based on the times he recorded. Perhaps out of frustration, DukeNukemii left. MrMackeyMkay did not take into account that he was timing travel while carrying a BAR. If DukeNukemii was carrying a pistol, the time difference can be explained. I recognized my error and sought to locate DukeNukemii in another server or at another time, without success. I (MrMackeyMkay) would like to apologize to DukeNukemii for unfairly kicking him. I will work to be sure I do not let fatigue or workload lead me to rash judgement in the future. It is ALWAYS policy at OTAC to VIEW non-compliant behavior before taking action. I remind fellow admins of this policy and this act can be considered an example of hypocrisy for not following policy myself. We do all make mistakes. I accept that. I work very hard to treat people fairly and this interaction is a great disappointment to me in that effort. We all do mistakes  We all appriciate your (and other admins) efforts to keep the server free from rule breakers!! When i was in the army when i was younger i learned to report and react to what i know, not what i think or belive.
