Name: Moondrany Reason: No Recoil Evidence: https://www.sendspace.com/file/l7ggtp I was bored so I decided to go around spectating people... Found Moondrany using the Browning with no recoil on. Considering I use the Browning LMG on a regular basis I know for a fact that the gun kicks more than a mule trained by Chuck Norris. Half way through the video I call him out on it with the intention of showing the difference in behavior during the recording. |

So I created a browning class and tested this out myself ..... I have kick. However I didn't always have kick, there were some instances where it gave me true aim with little recoil. It was inconsistent but favored having kick. Now you video looks compelling but the instances of fire are very short. You certainly broke the cardinal rule of recording a hacker, by calling him out, so he can stop using what he may have been using as the last part of the video shows kick. So what I am thinking is the following, the video is short.... While agree with what I see is minimal recoil, there is not enough footage in this mode for me to not question the fact that it is possible to have some bursts with minimal recoil. If there was more incidents that would rule out that possibility. So I am on the fence. I can't ban for on-the-fence. TY for alerting us, he has been a player of interest anyway.... so he does get watched. If he is using something, we will catch him eventually. If he is not using something we will draw that conclusion eventually as well. I will review his scores. I am sure Honda will as well. TY for bring this to our attention. Suggestion: get on TS to alert admin..... PRIOR to typing alerts in game |

If I may, I did call this guy out for a reason, i'll post a youtube video so that I can highlight it. Before I call him out his recoil is at zero except when the gun has it's natural ADS Sway. After I call him out, he fires and his gun kicks like it's supposed to. The biggest thing I was looking at were the bullet impacts in the demo and the before and after. Before he thought nobody was watching, so I called him out so I could gauge his actions. I'll post the link to the video and the description of the video it self will have the points of interest. Plus the ability for super slow motion will help extensively. |

I can slow mo this demo, so unless it is a new video footage with more incidents you are creating busy work for admins |
