Banned from: OUT*TACT crouch server Your GUID: dont know Time/Date of the ban: 2021-01-13 around 03:42 U.S.A Reason for ban:i am not sure the actual reason. Admin who banned you: current player admin: ANZAC351, HansUK, Zombiemeatoo(Spectator) (just noticed there are three admin in the game but dont know who banned me) Home country: Hong Kong Why you believe you should be unbanned I remember that day my first map was playing is "KneeDeep". And i got 12/18 K/D. And when i play the second map which is "Corrosion", once i got around 1 kill and 2 death, i suddenly got kicked by server with a permanent ban. And i try to think out the reason once i get kick but still dont know. |

So I looked in the logs and I see that an admin banned you for a "wall hack" I looked up your data: http://66.30.91.48/otac/players/50/12368 09909.png Just based on your stats, I see nothing that would indicate that you have any amazing ability beyond a normal long-time regular. As you have been a well known long-time regular that plays well, I see nothing that supports that you were hacking. I see that an admin had uploaded a demo of BunGee that I will explain for the benefit of the admin involved. It represented two maps Kneedeep, followed by Corrosion. In both maps BunGee was using a browning machine gun. In kneedeep, I saw Bungee pop up from the creek over the fence and spray a wall killing a player with no visual indication of the player. 1. If you listen to the audio you heard the enemy yell "throwing grenade" from that direction. 2. Bungee sprayed the fence starting at the center sweeping right to one end and then back left past center and hitting the player. If a wallhack he would not have needed to do that. In Corrosion, after walking past the pipe ramp, Bungee peeks around the corner and sees a player briefly where the exploding barrels are, then takes cover around the corner and then shoots at that spot and then spraying the pipe on ground to gets hit marker. later he waits behind player on ground and no one appears, he then decides to spray the upper horrizontal pipe (that the ramp pipe leads to) sweeping back and forth and gets a hit marker. He later sees the player that he hit appear at the ledge above him and shoots him (victim was ANZAC) and then gets banned by the admin spec'ing him. Admin got this very wrong. Why is there no post on the Ban Thread for this Ban, is it to much to jump out of game for 2 min and post it in there? |

Someone alerted me about banning Bun-Gee on TS a while ago Nair, but I wanted Bun-Gee to appeal. If a regular/person hacks and is banned, they never usually appeal. If a regular does not hack they appeal - As Bun-Gee did. Since the Kick/Ban Thread or the Ban Appeal thread did not materialize (until now) it sort of fell of the radar. Back in August, there is an internal Clan Talk thread: http://www.outtact.net/index.php?mod=board&action=thread&where=35 11 But there was no Ban until recently. I am not sure how long Bun-Gee was banned, but he is near the bottom of the ban.txt list so it can't have been for too long. In any case Bun-Gee is unbanned now. Its good that he came online for appeal, who knows how much are get banned without any entry here on the Forum and how many did not know were and how to ban appeal. All good, sometimes its out of mind and didnt remember what happend, or Alzheimer could be a reason, thats why i do post right away here on Forum if i ban someone. |

Firstly, I would like to say thank you to Bitter which helping me with this Ban appeal. Call of duty 5 and this server is the only game and server I love to play for a long time ago. Since I playing for so many years, I am quite familiar with almost every map. In "kneedeep", most of the houses are made of grass and surrounded by straw, and the M1919 machine gun with applying penetrating and bandolier extra ammunition magazines which give me a lot of ammo and would be very useful for this map. Sometimes, I will also have a "blind shoot" to try to get some kills. Maybe that is the reason why having an illusion of hacking in this map. For the "Corrosion", I always saw that feet are passing through the pipe at that time(actually, I don't know if it a bug or what), so I shoot player "Xianghui" but did not kill him at the last. Secondly, I want to say thank you to all the admins who managed and supervised this server by putting so much effort and very "System-ly".
