Hello my name is Lawrence, but I go by LimpyLarry. Larry/Limpy is fine

I have been playing OutTact for a while now, and I love it and the community. I am 54 years old, I live in France but grew up in Wales UK. I moved across the UK and have been living in France for a few months due to being terminal with cancer. I have a son, who has invited me to live with him for my final months/year. I don't get out much, so OutTact is pretty much my only place to socialise.

I had wanted to one day become a member of the clan, this I realise will probably not happen since you need to be a very long time player. And, that's something I don't have. But, being sponsored has made me feel useful where before I felt like a burden to all around me. So thank you for the sponsor Mikke

I recently got my microphone and joined the teamspeak, and I enjoy chatting with the people in there. They are awesome.

Signed Larry! Good to meet all!

Hi Lawrence and I am from Cardiff/Wales and a long term bowel cancer survivor. Had my op in 2007 and
they gave me 6 months , but I am still here alive and kicking. Thats now 15 years and counting.

Never lose hope and keep your head up and carry on with whatever turns you on and makes you happy.
If it was up to me I would've given you a honourable membership by now.

Larry I have played with you in several games, and I think you should join and be a part of OTaC.

Hi Larry. I've played with Larry and I think he would be a good fit for OTaC.

Hey Larry! Had no idea you were Welsh! I'm 1st gen American with a Cornish mother and Welsh grandparents. Married a Mancunian, lived in London for a while - so I have spent my life surrounded by a variety of UK accents (ha ha). I'm in New York City and am usually working when I log on to play - waiting for something from a coworker, or stuck in an endless conference call on mute. I hope I can jump on TS at some point and say hi - but it's rather difficult given the situation. I hope you can continue to join us all on the server shooting at each other for a good long time before you can no longer manage it. Hang in there!

Thank you for the wonderful words Helen, it's always a pleasure to shoot at you . I look forward to a time where we are both in TS.

Hi Larry.
Sorry to hear that you have cancer. It does not discriminate but is also very unpredictable. One of my brothers was told he may have a year but passed just a short time later, however one of my friends who was given only three weeks was still around three years later. I hope that you will enjoy good quality of life for as long as possible. Best wishes - see you in game.

Thank you for the warm welcome OutTact, it's been great here. Loved every moment, met some friends and talked to people all across the world.

Special thanks to:
Mikke, for the very first sponsor and for his friendship
Legi_Istra, for being a great friend.
Hans, didn't get to know you very much but you tried to convince me not to, it takes a level of care to do that thanks.

Everything is set and ready, I'm the calmest I've ever been I'm ready.

Thanks for the good times!

Hey Larry - don't know whether you've left the world yet. If you are still with us - just know that it was a pleasure to get to play WaW with you and help take your mind off things for a bit. Hope your passage to the next life is an easy one. Will remember you always.
