Seeing that spock has not responded yet and no other mods have refuted it, nor is there any other evidence from other members is pretty damning. The reason for the video only makes sense to spock cause he said something about my mouse movement so there is all the mouse movement you could ever want to analyze. |

Also this video isn't sped up, I was an aspiring osu pro and ended up quitting due to life reasons this ban has now pulled me out of retirement. you should look up "quaver ninos 6 star" on YouTube Im pretty garbage by osu standards. |

I am seeing this post now. I will upload the demo to TS for others to view. I need to re-review it myself. As I explained to Rustyer that things look different in the moment so I need to review my own demo again. Based on what I saw at the time and what I will see upon review, one of two things will happen: 1. Rustyer will remain banned. 2. Rustyer will be unbanned, I will apologize, Rustyer will "tone down his dominant gameplay" and to help with that and I will be re-implementing dynamic limits again. Please be patient. |

I cant see evidence for wallhacking, but his sights snapping down and up for some reason while he his walking, thats looking wierd, but as long there is no scroll wheel or macro shooting, but you can not dictate someone, how he should configure, or using his keyboard, or his mouse to play, but to Number 2 i agree to "tone down his dominant gameplay" and to not using STG all the time, change gun from time to time, to challenge yourself more, if ithis effect does Last edit by Nair0lF at 2022-06-21 at 5:05 PM (1x Edited) |

That is fair, with the up and down movement with my mouse that's me picking up my mouse I play at 12000 dpi so you are going to see weird things that's what the video is for. Figure I let you see what I do and giving you the clearest representation of it I can. If you want I can record some waw gameplay though I figure your still busy. |

I just uploaded rus.dm_6 ... this was MY demo. I rewatched it. So there are a few things that concern me. 1. decision to jump out window and knife sandman from above. 2. decision to jump over rail to hit player in corner 3. other instances of where rusty is suddenly careful only to find enemies. 4. I see focus "jerk up and down" and "jerk around to various places" 5. Sometimes it seems there is diminished recoil For every instance of suspicious gameplay from above list I can see plenty of counter-examples of where "if he had a wall hack" he would not have been killed, such as A. not knowing to clear a room completely B. checking corners where there is no enemy But in the moment when you are suspicious of a player and you are recording them you are looking for the bad. If anything I would not say it is not a wall hack or aimbot (unsure of what the jerking mouse is...), but maybe a minimap with enemy dots showing direction of enemy. I have no way to prove. So my assessment is inconclusive .... I am neither convinced that rusty is hacking or convince that rusty is not hacking Rustyer is level 50, that means out of the last 100 matches he has played he has been the top player in 50/100 of them. That is excessive. I will overturn the ban as that is what is done when things are inconclusive. I will also at a later time making some change in limits to be dynamic, likely associated with KD and based on LEVEL Rustyer, sorry it took so long to process this incident. I'm putting this here cause i know the admins will see this. I'm about ready to lower my dpi settings again, for those who don't know why that is important my accuracy is about to shoot through the roof I'm asking what you want me to do about my gameplay since this is only going to make me look worse then I already do. |

If your intention with this action will make this server unplayable for other players, reduce any or all fun we enjoy here in our free time, or distract anyone from the overall experience we try to provide here I would suggest you just go play a different game. I think you said somewhere that youre a former pro or semi pro CoD player?? I dont know what the purpose of you altering your settings to play on our server would be. If you need practice for something maybe do it someplace else. Ive received a large amount of complaints about you both in game and TS and so have other admins. Its to the point that some players just dont want you around. Personally, I dont care about whatever talent you may or may not possess, I'll get my shots in on you. Ive got nothing against you. That being said, if youre taking away from everyone else in their free time then you sticking around here is as pointless as tits on a bull. So...... choice is yours I guess. Good luck with that. |

I don't know why you would put this out there .... It is being interpreted as "I am about turn to on a hack, I think the admin will notice, so I will give them a justification up front that will possibly deflect punitive action" I banned you because you appeared to be hacking. You are now saying ... Hey guys ... I am going to appear to be hacking EVEN MORE than before Does not matter if you are or are not hacking. What matters is that WE believe that you are not hacking. Usually we demand a "smoking gun demo" to uphold a ban, but we have also used "this player has caused too much work for admin to keep reviewing gameplay" And you are in danger of falling into the latter category. Stay off admin radar. Stay on it at your own peril. Good luck |
