Oliver2005 Call of Duty World at War Crouch Ranked September 3, 2022 at 9:30pm Reason for ban: Camping Admin who banned you: KingofPain Home country: USA I was initially kicked in Hangar. I had just respawed in the trench and went to the barracks. After shooting two, I was killed and a warning was posted about spawn kills. I commented that it is tough when people spawn next to each other. That was a 10 minute kick. After that kick, I resumed play on Subs. Coming down from the control room, I shot at people in the missile room. I was never stationary and was simply pushing forward. Coming around a corner, targets were there, and I continue to push forward. Thanks! Oliver2005 |

I don't see you as perm banned. I see you got a 10 minute kick for camping. Prior that I see your stats are: HISTORY: killer=+HH.+...+.+.+..++++.++...++H+..++ .+ rate=31.21.421321........ I don't even see a string of 5 kills in a row. Even if you respawned and never moved you are not camping since camping clock resets on death. Next I see you got a 24 hour kick for camping. Prior to that I see your state are: HISTORY: killer=.++++++.++.+++ rate=...3323............. So I see 6 kills in 2 minutes, death,2 kills in 1 minute, death, and 3 kills in 1 minute then kick. The only possible place you could have been camping was in the first six kill stretch, but you were not, so you should not have been kicked later on for camping since the data above shows this an an impossibility. Oliver. You constantly camp the spawn areas. You wait for them to walk a couple of steps and shoot them. You have been here long enough to know that spawn camping is not allowed. I kicked you the first time without any limits. You came back in and repeated the same thing. That was the reason for the 24-hour kick. Spock. I'm not wrong at this point. Oliver2005 You are not allowed to shoot at newly spawning players unless you too are push through that spawn at the time. |

I was pushing through for the first kick on Courtyard. The first kills were from the small raised patio to the main staircase. Then I went around the corner and had more kills at the half walls. The final ones were from atop the stairs. If that is not acceptable, OK. The second kick on Subs was walking out the control room and looking into the missile room. I only saw people, nobody had just appeared and they were moving. I don’t know what I was supposed to do. I respect the work of being a moderator and I’ve tried to follow the rules. So if I’m doing something off, I would like to know. Thanks, Oliver2005 |

Oliver, it appears KingOfPain is alleging that you were shooting newly spawned players without advancing and pushing trough the spawn area on a TDM match. I wasn't there. If mistakes were made in the assessment of the situation or the interpretation of the applicable rules by you or the admin, please understand that while we all try to get it right 100% of the time, players and admin are imperfect and lets all try to do better going forwards. You were/are not banned, so there is no action to be taken by anyone except to go back to the game, be a bit more aware, and enjoy the games going forward. See you all on the server.
