Hi! I'd like to apologize for using one shotgun exploit because I probably got a permanent ban for that, I won't do that again and I had fun until I got banned  would you be able to unban me please?I followed the rules but I didn't know that shotgun exploit is not allowed because I didn't get a warning for that, please I hope I'll be unbanned because whenever it was night I could play and have a great time on the server my username: [O|=<]ponxhx |

ponxhx - Thank you for reaching out for your Ban Appeal The appeal process exists to allow players to have the Ban decision made by admin to be re-evaluated and allow the affected player to offer alternative or supporting testimony to explain why the admin ruling is flawed. In your case, the admin ruling is beyond question, as we have a recorded demo showing the rapid fire shotgun. And your appeal actually supports that... You stated: I followed the rules but I didn't know that shotgun exploit is not allowed because I didn't get a warning for that I think any rational person thinking clearly would not need a warning and would see the above explanation as analogous to this: * I followed the traffic laws but I didn't know that driving 130 mph was illegal since there was no posted speed limit sign on the road. In any case as a matter of policy anyone definitively using a hack will have their GUID banned for a period of time, after which time the ban will be removed. That leaves you with two options: Option A: Go get a new copy of the game, which give you a different GUID, use a new player profile name, and different clan tag so there is no association with the banned account, and then actually follow the rules and don't hack and you are free to enjoy the server. Option B: You can wait out perm ban expiry time. This is a good option if you don't want to spend money on a new copy of the game. Just to set expectations the current perm ban expiry time is 19 years from the infraction. That may seem like a long time, but the rationale is that if you are caught acting like a 2-year-old, by waiting 19 years you would be 21 and most likely be acting like a responsible adult by then. In any case you are free to play on our server using Option A or B ..... and that is your choice.
