Context is everything. You were having fun agitating the admin ingame and in TeamSpeak prior to starting your own recording. Try to cause less issues and just play the game, or keep making yourself a target and accept that you may be kicked because you've then become an agitator, an unneeded distraction for the admin, somebody that we have to "babysit", and none of that interests us, we've raised our kids. I posted this on your YT video as well. |

I'm going be honest here, I've improved my mouse skills even more then when I left. I know this is gonna cause issues always does, recordings for me are to protect me and show you what is possible if you want to improve. |

Player appealing ban is not required by server for capacity. Player appealing ban has been repeatedly banned. Player appealing ban is disliked very strongly by player base in several languages. Player appealing ban should be banned from forum. Buy a new mirror kid. Spank away someplace else. Weirdo |

Mod team is very frustrating Mod team cannot produce evidence of actual cheating with 4 years of play time Do you think I actually enjoy this Getting accused of cheating seemed to be constant when I still played. So with the pattern of behavior I see, me assuming I will get banned again is justified in my opinion. Do I happen to be wrong in this assumption or are we finally willing to drop this spat. I would love to just log in and play like I used to. I don't like having to record, I don't enjoy making people look like fools. To be transparent with you I don't actually like agitating you guys either I feel its the only thing I'm able to do so can you throw me a bone. |

I propose a solution to our current problem. I receive a 1-3month kick, after such time has passed I get to just play. You have questions I'll record my game for you and/or explain to the best of my ability, I don't harass mods or other players. mods don't harass me you cannot completely control other players behavior nor do I expect you to. Does this work for you. |

Well you logged on, and immediately started the same old crap that got you banned before, and all in less than 2 minutes. Then of course you have to come into teamspeak with the egotistical attitude, thereby earning a ban from teamspeak. it is quite evident what your intentions were. We don't give a damn about your proclaimed skill level, and the admins don't need to babysit you. All that needs to be seen is the content of your above thread to know what your doing. If you are that good go to the professional gaming community where you can impress everybody there with your god like skill level. I do think you enjoy the chaos you exhibit because you want attention, so go some where else to get it. So, I like the present "solution" to the problem as opposed to yours. This was my ending sentiment in the last ban appeal ..... 2022-07-18 at 8:26 AM - BitterSpock: I don't know why you would put this out there .... It is being interpreted as "I am about turn to on a hack, I think the admin will notice, so I will give them a justification up front that will possibly deflect punitive action" I banned you because you appeared to be hacking. You are now saying ... Hey guys ... I am going to appear to be hacking EVEN MORE than before Does not matter if you are or are not hacking. What matters is that WE believe that you are not hacking. Usually we demand a "smoking gun demo" to uphold a ban, but we have also used "this player has caused too much work for admin to keep reviewing gameplay" And you are in danger of falling into the latter category. Stay off admin radar. Stay on it at your own peril. Good luck Looks like you did not stay off admin radar despite my strong encouragement. So I think we are done here. 2nd appeal denied - you have entered the "this player has caused too much work for admin to keep reviewing gameplay" category. Rusty, I am not going to entertain you by deliberating a moot point with you. You were banned because you've made an annoyance of yourself, intentionally! Deal with it. OTaC is NOT your server, you don't pay for it, you don't help maintain it, you don't do ANYTHING other than come to use a server that OTaC has set up and pays for. In light of that WE have the right to DENY ANYONE that we see fit for reasons that follow our rules. We do NOT have to let you back in, we do NOT have to put up with nonsense. We don't get paid to administer the server and website, we do this as a service to the community to which we belong. So why should ANY admin have to put up with nonsense from ANY guest? It's much easier to kick you and let our other guests enjoy their game. You see it's not just the admin that you agitate, it is our other guests that have to put up with the nonsense. In light of Spocks statement "So I think we are done here.", this post is now locked. |
